Pastoral Care Network

In keeping with our first principle, the Pastoral Care Network models and nurtures a congregational culture where no one need journey alone. The Pastoral Care Network covenants with the minister, the congregation, and one another, to provide confidential support to the friends and members of the congregation who request it through:

Hearts and Hands, an informal e-list of volunteers who provide and organize meals, transportation, and cards acknowledging significant occasions. Email info@grandriverunitarian.ca for more information.

Connecting Spirits offers conversations to address ‘the Big Questions,’ support during personal life transitions, and opportunities for personal discernment, encourage spiritual growth, and provide open, supportive nurturing spaces to deepen and strengthen interpersonal connections.
